Answer: If you do not see an answer to your question, please e-mail us with your question. So we can give you your answer via e-mail as well as placing it on the frequently asked questions page for our next customer to see.
Question: If I ordered today, when would I received my order?
Answer: With the exclusions of weekends and holidays. Your order is shipped out within 2 to 15 days after we receive your order, sooner if we have it in stock.
Question: When I placed my order what shipping company will deliver it?
Answer: We may choose to ship either (UPS) United Parcel Service (USPS) United States parcel service.

Answer: I received my merchandise and it was damaged. What do I need to do?
Question: If you purchase any merchandise you have a 72 hour window to report any damaged items to; Mathews, Photo Arts and Home Decor,
via email, with an explanation of any problems or damages to the merchandise.
Answer: if I'm not satisfied with my purchase, what do I do?
Question: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days. We do not pay for shipping and handling if you are dissatisfied or unhappy with your purchases. The purchaser pays for shipping when the merchandise or order is being returned for a full refund or exchange. Plus a 20% restocking fee
Note: We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, and or special-order items, or our framed wall art pictures known as special-order items as well.
